1. Product Superiority

• High efficiency, energy conservation and environment protection:The production capacity is 50% higher than traditional filter, and the filter cake has lower moisture; Higer vacuum and the installed power is only about 10% of the traditional vacuum filter; Solid content of filtrate is lower than 50ppm and also can be recycled.
• Stable performance:Reasonable design, carefully manufactured, key components such as touch screen, PLC, frequency converter, liquid level meter, metering pump, pressure transmitter, etc. are selected from international and domestic famous brands.
• High degree of intelligence:The production process is automatically controlled by PLC, equipped with man-machine exchange interface which is simple for operation, convenien for maintenance, and system parameters can be easy adjusted, with perfect alarm function and historical data storage easy to search.
• High-performance filter: The filter plate has many advantages, such as: uniform pore size distribution, high porosity, good water permeability and high pressure resistance. Our company has the only ceramic plate automatic spray film line in China, which can produce filter plates of different materials such as alumina (white corundum, brown corundum), silicon carbide and polymer according to customer requirements, to meet the needs of filtering materials of different properties.
• Distributing valve device: Three-point positioning distribution valve, with advantages of automatic adjustment center, self-tightening and reliable sealing.
• Ultrasonic cleaning system:According to the size, distribution and corrosiveness of the material particle, the ultrasonic cleaning systems with different frequencies and powers, and the tank positioning or lifting ultrasonic box installation method are arranged.
• Stirring system:Equipped pneumatic type, mechanical swing type and mechanical+ pneumatictype system to stir the material according to the material density and material partical distribution range, to prevent stratification of the material in the tank.
• Back wash syste: Equipped with gas & water combination back wash system, or gas back wash system, to ensure the filter and plate not be polluted by low quality water and prevent the instantaneous material concentration reduction. The effect is remarkable in cleaning fliter plate of ultrafine particle in tailings.
• Special cleaning device:Different physical and chemical properties of material will cause the clogging failure of the filter plates, in view of this problem, our company researched and developed special cleaning machine, special detergent and special solutions for regenerative cleaning, to dredge 80% area of the plate, to make sure the plate can be recycled.
